Social Media Coaching for Students and Professionals
I have experience learning and training closely with internationally-renowned social and digital branding experts, including Sree Sreenivasan, ex-Chief Digital Officer of the City of New York, Metropolitan Musem of Art, and Columbia University.
I can provide you with one-on-one guidance on the best tips and tricks that will help you stand out from the crowd, and get noticed by recruiters, industry leaders, and peers on your professional social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram (Posts and Stories), and Facebook).
Additionally, I can show you how you can use social media to effectively build and maintain your professional network, online and offline, and perhaps even help you land your next gig!
Event Support and Production
My love for bringing events to life stems back to my time planning and executing general body meetings and large-scale events in various student organization leadership positions while in college. Prior to and since graduating, I've contributed my skills and services for a number of in-person and virtual events, conferences, galas, hiring fairs, and workshops, hosted by companies like Ladies Get Paid, Rubin Museum of Art, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, PTTOW!, RaisedBy.Us, and more.
As a team player, I can provide on-site and day-of event support, coordination, and production (e.g. set-up, way-finding, check-in and registration, customer service, and break-down) services. I've also served as an event host, and panel and chat moderator.
Additionally, I can review your event materials to make sure your event is (hashtag) social media, and ADA compliant ready and friendly – an experience your attendees will love to post about on the internet for everyone to see and get trending locally, nationally, and worldwide, and accessible to diverse audiences!
Resume, Cover Letter, and Portfolio Editing and Review
I've always enjoyed visiting my college's Office of Career Services as a student. My time there sparked my love for promoting the importance of professional and career development, and helping diverse audiences with their goals and dreams.
Additionally, from my time at FindSpark, I have insider knowledge on what recruiters and human resources leaders at companies like NBCUniversal, TEKsystems, Hulu, and Yelp look for in diverse, emerging career talent, through my experiences curating events and content to support their diversity and inclusion, hiring, and employer branding goals.
I can provide my detailed edits and feedback on your resumes, cover letters, and online portfolios – making sure all of your typos are fixed, your format is consistent, and your professional story is organized, and showcases your confidence and authenic self.
